Hope Desroches is a personal trainer and nutrition specialist who will teach you the important steps it takes to get started with your transformation journey. Hope wasn't always a weight loss expert. At 35 years old, with two children and a busy career, she weighed 325 pounds. After trying all of the fad diets and even considering weight loss surgery, she was fed up with diets that didn't work or were too difficult to stick to. It was at this point she decided to change her mindset and seek out an education on what it takes to lose weight forever.
Hope lost 175 pounds naturally and now she is passionate about showing busy, overwhelmed women how to completely change their lives.
